Coming February 2027 for Mexico Art Week, Alcova travels to Mexico City for its first Latin American edition, activating three sites across the city: the historic Casa Palomar and Bucareli School in Juárez, and the modernist Villa Reforma by Francisco Artigas.

Alcova Mexico is coming soon!

After nine years of ongoing exploration across the city of Milan — from former factories and military hospitals to modernist villas and industrial ruins — and three editions in Miami, Alcova moves on to a new emergent epicentre of international energy in design and contemporary art, inaugurating its first Latin American edition in Mexico City for Art Week coming February.

Thank you for visiting Alcova Milano 2026

For its 11th edition, Alcova returned to Milan, where two radically different contexts — the former an expression of mid-20th-century Rationalism, the latter a vast, layered institutional complex — set the stage for an edition that moved between rediscovery and experimentation, research and contemporary material culture.

Thank you for visiting Alcova Miami 2025

Alcova Miami was a blast! Thank you for visiting at Miami River Inn, the city’s oldest hotel, located in the South River Drive Historic District of East Little Havana.

Alcova, founded in 2018, is now in its 11th edition, expanding across two destinations and continuing to redefine design exploration.

Alcova Milano 2026

Alcova Milano 2026 has come to a close. For seven days, from April 20 to 26, Baggio Military Hospital and Villa Pestarini came alive with the presence of more than 130 exhibitors and the thousands of visitors who moved through them. The vast, layered expanse of Baggio and the measured intimacy of Villa Pestarini offered two very different ways of moving through architecture, yet together they formed a single landscape of exploration, where each corridor, courtyard, garden, staircase, or threshold opened onto new encounters between objects and people.

Alcova Miami 2025

Alcova Miami unfolded in its third chapter during Miami Art Week, once again inhabiting the Miami River Inn, one of the city’s oldest hotels, where pastel façades and tropical vegetation create an unexpected pocket of calm in East Little Havana’s historic district, a kind of urban jungle hidden inplain sight.

Alcova Milano 2025

Alcova returned to Varedo for its ninth edition, reaffirming Milan’s identity as a designcapital in constant growth, expansion, and transformation. Alongside the historic residences of Villa Borsani and Villa Bagatti Valsecchi, Alcova introduced two new locations: the former SNIA factory and the Pasino Glasshouses

Alcova Miami 2024

The second international edition of Alcova unfolded at Miami’s historic River Inn, the city’s oldest hotel, nestled in the vibrant South River Drive Historic District in East Little Havana, just steps from the Miami River.

Alcova Miami 2023

On the occasion of Miami Art Week 2023, Alcova announced its first overseas edition, set in the Gold Dust Motel, one of the architectural icons of Miami's modernist period.

Alcova Milano 2023

With its fifth edition, Alcova continued its exploration of the city of Milan with an exciting new location – the former Porta Vittoria abattoir on Via Molise.

Alcova Milano 2022

Alcova brought back to life its beautiful Inganni location, where design merges with nature, expanding its search for unique places even further and opening the doors to a new section never before accessible to the public.

Alcova Milano 2021

Alcova opened to the public another Milanese site just a few steps away from the Inganni metro station: three historical buildings of extraordinary charm, immersed in a large urban park.

Alcova Milano 2019

Alcova was located in the former panettone factory of Giovanni Cova & Co., north of Loreto—an ex-industrial space partly taken over by plants and vegetation, frozen in a state of poetic semi-abandonment.
